so, my gym has many classes like aerobics and spinning and hiphop dance and various other things. but they also have boxing classes.

i was intruiged.

so i finally got there in time for the boxing with introduction class today and took the class (the intro included how to wrap your hands and basic boxing moves). and boy howdy did it kick my ass. and it was a lot of fun. i think i'm going to have to do more of that.

my legs are absolutely noodley now. i bought a new microwave over this afternoon and i couldn't deal with bringing it upstairs when i got home after working out because my legs were just that tired.
