ahhhh.
my ear is better. various other annoying health things have also been cured. two of my dearest friends are engaged. life is pleasant.
the coolest thing i did this weekend wasn't the enjoyable bday party, nor the lovely brunch, nor sitting around in papasan chairs basking in the sun with my sweetie on her porch while drinking tasty cold beverages on a lovely afternoon (although that was close). nope. the coolest thing i did was call the antarctic on my cellphone. for free. i *love* technology sometimes.
