vagina monologues

on a whim, i picked up a copy of "the vagina monologues" at wordsworth recently. and i just sat down and read it thru in one long run. and when i finished it, i wept.

not because it's sad, although parts of it are, but just from, i don't know, the entirety of it. awe, maybe.

i want to buy copies for all the women i know and give it to them. it's that kind of piece.

apparently, hbo has a tape of eve ensler performing it -- i need to set the tivo watching for it.
