the folks at hollaback are raising money (via kickstarter) for development of a 'report street harassment' site/app/platform/whatever.

I hope they put location info into the database -- I expect that there are significant concentrations of harrassment, and if you can document those, it would be a lot easier to motivate law enforcement to do something about it by taking action against the hot-spots. Currently, I expect that less than 5% of all incidents are reported, so it's hard to make it clear the extent of the problem or determine where the maximum improvement can be gotten for each law-enforcement intervention.
