Yesterday, the Globe ran an article about how the Green Line extension could affect rent in Somerville.

"Among the key findings, the report states that over the next 15 years, monthly rents near new T stops could increase more than 25 percent and as much as 67 percent"

The article doesn't mention anything about how finding body parts on the tracks of the Green Line extension would affect rent prices.

Heh, yeah, I saw that other article, too. Given that the current theory being rumormongered by (I think) universalhub is that it's related to a killing/dismembering of a guy done by his roommates a month or so ago, maybe it comes down to a rent dispute after all...
