oh, nothing serious. mostly that i'm on call and can't manage to offload it, and the mountain is a cellphone dead zone.

That's carrier dependent. I had totally reasonable 3g net from Sprint, and folks said Verizon was solid, but t-mobile was a lose.

We drove past each other when my crew was on our way out of town Friday evening. I was like "huh, looks like she's not going". Was a distinct shortage of wives of the apocalypse.
