You know, even marginally-technologically clueful me could see how what VeriSign did was a really really stupid idea that was going to break all sorts of stuff and piss pretty much everyone the hell off. I want some of whatever drugs they were taking when they decided it would be a good idea to implement the wildcards wholesale like that.
