foot update!

woohoo! the x-rays looked great yesterday and now i have no cast. i'm supposed to phase in shoe-wearing on the injured foot and keep the velcro-thingie around for when my foot gets tired of being in a shoe.

i wonder where my left sneaker is? i haven't worn it in about a month...
