ARRRRG

well, yesterday was productive, which was good, but annoying because i made it to *neither* of the parties i wanted to party-hop to. *sigh*

and then, after arranging my weekend so i could do great testing and reconfiguration of my network at work, it turns out that due to layer 8 problems my work window sunday was truncated to ... one hour.

good news: i got my sunday back. bad news: i kinda wish i hadn't, because all that work still needs to be done and i'd already shot part of my weekend to hell.

where by "this kind" i mean mainstream theological stuff. however, i was perusing stuff on the web and i came across (via the blog of an ex's partner) a link to this look at 'ecclesiastical violence' against queers and another post from someone in response to it. i found it interesting reading.
