in dreams

i'm apparently fighting off some disease. or else i'm strangely way more sleep deprived than i realized.

because i spent most of the day asleep, which is remarkably unusual for me. since i've been feeling randomly blechy, i'm going to assume i'm trying to fight something off.

things that have happened in my dreams recently:

• a discussion of youtube and an unsigned band putting self-made music videos up there.
  
• patting incredibly soft bunny rabbits.
  
• a whole big crime-drama style action drama.
  
• a whole section where i was logging into a machine from an unusual place and trying to re-attatch to a screen session, but there was some radical environment mismatch such that i couldn't even type ordinary-looking letters to say "stty" or anything. (oh my god i'm such a nerd)
  
• wandering thru my (non-boarding in real life) middle and high school's dorm buildings.
  
• a lovely restored pool/spa room that's kind of like one of the rooms you wander thru in half life 2, except without zombies, head humpers, or combine soldiers. and nice.
  
• a whole section where i was having some respiratory distress (like, coughing and hacking and nose-blowing didn't actually clear my sinuses)
  
• a big long stretch where i was having uncontrollably jaw-clenching and was thus nonverbal. i remember explaining this fact to palmwiz using signs and handwaving
  
• a winter festival where people were doing some kind of snow-molds with a fast-solidifying substance to make frozen shot glasses and then other people had a warm buttery rum drink that would get poured in and you had to drink it fast before your "glass" melted. klingonlandlady and frobzwiththingz showed up here.
  

people who have appeared in my dreams recently:
palmwiz, klingonlandlady, frobzwiththingz, hammercock, whipartist, qbaz, hariyos, twistedm, a bunch of folks who i don't normally interact with at work beyond saying "hi", gdaniels back when his hair was long. and others who i'm forgetting, now.

how the hell do i track the spanning tree status via snmp for foundry and cisco boxes? (pvst+, in particular, so i need to worry about for each vlan)

foundry's knowledge base is less than helpful on this basis, so i figured i'd ping my friendslist before opening a ticket.
