traceroute -m 200 216.81.59.173
(from windows, tracert -h 200 216.81.59.173)
(traceroute -n takes all the fun out of it, though.)
If you don't have access to a command line, the result is behind the LJ-cut. ( Read more... )

Update: I think it's no longer being routed. Presumably having half the world tracerouting into their network was causing problems.
