Okay, the sentence "The FBI is currently investigating a possible storehouse in Somerville used by the 1982 Tylenol Killer of 1982, sources state" just makes me giggle.

Was this, by any chance, in 1982? (Which, BTW, is my year of birth.)

Yeah, it's all over the news. Supposedly a storehouse in Somerville and something else someplace near the galleria mall in Cambridge.

I'm surprised those places still exist...my understanding is that that area has undergone a fair amount of revitalization and rebuilding in the last 25+ years.

Oh, there are still plenty of run-down industrial buildings in that area. Not sure what they'll be able to figure out 27 years later, though.

I located an updated article (http://www.boston.com/news/local/breaking_news/2009/02/fbi_searches_ho.html) that says that they're searching the man's *current* residence, which is in that neighborhood, and a storage facility over that way, which he's presumably currently renting.

Be kinda creepy if it was the same storage facility where they found a body a few years back. That one was in the same neighborhood as the apartment building they're searching on Gore St.

I see a lot of that in print journalism these days. I think it's what happens when you just pipe an article through a spell checker rather than doing actual proofreading and copyediting.

Yes, but we can annoy the young by talking about "the good ol' days!" In this case, the days before every over the counter drug (and really, any ingestible) was sealed with shrink wrap over an impossible to open cap, under which is another layer of sealer. Yes, I also remember before everything had "child-proof caps as well. In fact, all the residential doors were unlocked and we kids used to play stickball in the streets... :-)
