rmdMy old cats are getting old. Even my youngest cat (pictured in usericon) is pretty old, now.
In the end, entropy takes us all.
went to the vet with one of the older two this evening - she's fine, but may have thyroid issues and has lost a *whole* lot of weight. I knew she'd gotten skinny, but it was even more than I realized.

In the meantime, we tell him we love him every day. How do we do that, when a cat can't understand words? We pet him and hold him and offer him treats and listen for the things that make him purr. We try not to be too frustrated when he poops on the floor. We let him sleep nestled under our covers every night, even when we'd rather not have whiskers up our noses at 3 in the morning."
