weird animated gif icon issue

weird - i uploaded a new animated gif, and while it showed it playing on the preview when I loaded it but now it's static. so, yeah, weird. original (larger) is here, to see what you're missing.

I find the GIF weird, but that's because she doesn't turn her head to look at the bottle as she raises it.

Yeah. In the context of the scene, she's staring very hard at a very dangerous man. I don't know if it comes through without the context, but there's an underlying "I think I'll just freak out later about this. Care for some wine?" attitude.

Yeah. It's from "Hannibal", where Gillian Anderson plays Lecter's therapist.

Same happened with this icon. In the original it is raining in an animated way, not just a static way. I never figured that one out.
