Somerville-area exterior construction?

rmdI need some external repairs done on my house - my regular small-scale guy (Rick Miller) doesn't want to do it because it involves Stupid Ladder tricks due to location on the house, and my regular large-scale construction folks (Stealth) haven't returned my call or email. Anyone got suggestions for folks they like who'll do small exterior work? I need some fascia boards on the back porch fixed/replaced. I also need a bunch of gutter work done, which may be the same folks or not.
If not, I may hit up the folks working across the street in the empty house to get a quote, since they seem to be doing reasonably good work there.
