getting better

rmdi think this morning's dose of soma has pretty much worked its way out of my system (it's been 9 hours), and i just successfully managed to slowly (but not, like, tim conway old guy shuffle) walk the mostly-flat half a mile or so up to the video store and back. so that's all good.
