rmdyesterday i bought some pork and started it marinating in vinegar and garlic and onion powder and a bit of soy sauce and a bit of olive and sesame oils. today i cooked it up with some onion (didn't quite get them caramelized) and black beans and put it over rice. i should've used two onions, but other than that, it came out quite passable.
