another boring update. lyfc

drank two mean-replacement-mix drinks. "zone complete" dutch chocolate flavor tastes better than "aria women's protien" chocolate flavor. both mixed with milk. (although the zone complete stuff says to mix with water. fuck that.)

i was absolutely exhausted and proceeded to nap hard for several hours, missing my noon-ish antibiotic dose. woke up and am now dosing on painkillers and antibiotics.

still feeling all woozy and exhausted, but i think getting the meal-drinks down was good. i may try another one later this afternoon.

may I suggest Kashi Go Lean meal replacement powder? Comes in envelopes, canisters or premade. Best tasting so far of the bunch, all natural flavouring, good protien and excellent fiber.

i picked some up to try, but then i noticed that it contains a diuretic, so it's out until i'm drinking way WAY more liquid than i am now.
