"never fail fudge" failed.

i think i put in too many chocolate chips, so the texture is way off from what i expect fudge to be. it's fairly tasty, but a little too chocolatey and not enough fudgey.

My mom had trouble with fudge at Xmas one year, it wouldn't harden up. She tried putting it out in the garage (colder out there), came back in after checking it and said "the stuff without nuts isn't getting hard" and I replied "that's usually the way things work."

Hm. We need to cook up a recipe for "Fault Tolerant Fudge". It tastes good even in the event of a failure.
