Ah, we got Uhura on Whidbey Island I believe in 2000, but the shelter said she likely could have been 3 or 4 years old, so who knows!!!
Are they at all mutated? Uhura doesn't have any extra toes, but she is double jointed and has an extra set of little pads between where the normal heel pad is and her elbow- At first I thought they were moles, but they match and they really look like tinier versions of the heel pad! She has a funky little walk because her ankles are a little bendy, and she can sort of grab things sometimes as well.
no big mutations on either nikita (the one in the picture above) or her littermate vague (in the user icon on this comment). nikita has a vestigal almost-an-extra-toe with almost-a-claw on one rear foot. i think that's about it.
