mmm. reflux

dinner was a "mexican frittata", with goat cheese and jalapeno peppers on it. very tasty. but apparently the sudden influx of jalapenos led to early morning reflux.

so i've dosed on tums and drunk some water and now i'm trying to figure out if 1. i can lay down again and 2. if i can, whether it makes sense to try going back to sleep given that it's only about an hour and a half till i wanted to get up.

i've been having some serious acidic-stomach problems lately, in particular when I wake up in the morning (odd, that). Only once or twice has it gotten to the reflux stage, but I am noticing the bile-stomachy-owie feel is getting more common. :-/
