for a few weeks, now, i've been fighting off one of the crud-like colds that's been going around. this morning, however, there was a sudden shift in the cold and i've been a fountain of snot all day, alternating between trumpeting nose-blowing and uncontrolled sneezing.

so i figured for the health and sanity of my coworkers, i'd work from home today. and since it's a beautiful brisk sunny day, i've thrown open several windows around the house and have the paddle fans working hard to swap in new air.

hooray for new air.

Mega-doses of garlic tablets (6 pills 4 times a day) and zinc. Finally kicked it out of my system. Not sure how, mind you...
