you know, sometimes when i'm worked up about something (either good or bad or anywhere in between), and i'm alone in my car or in my house, i'll get a good rant going out loud and i end up feeling like some freaky cross between walter mitty and travis bickle.

also, this is awe-inspiring art. it's the city of SF done in jello. dude.

In regards to the non jello related part of your post...I do the same thing. In the car, I will yell and scream and explain things to no one in particular (or at least, I used to when I had a car.) And even when people are around I sometimes have difficulty supressing a mumbled monologue if I'm feeling very strongly about something or if I'm just a bit more tired or fuzzy-headed than usual.

I've been doing it today, for instance. At least once I said something and looked over at a co-worker in alarm, fearing I'd said it too loudly.
