Subject: feedback on my duplicate registration request
From: (me)
Today I submitted a request for a duplicate registration on the RMV web site, and the email I got confirming this was somewhat incomprehensible.
Here's the text of the email:

From: "feedback@rmv.state.ma.us" <feedback@rmv.state.ma.us>
Subject: Transaction ID : xxxxxxx
you print and carry tr new registration certificate, unless of this e-mail shall be deemed a receipt for the feed copy questions, please contact the Telephone Center at 617-351-4500 from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday, except holidays.
We welcome your feedback!
Please e-mail us at feedback@rmv.state.ma.us
Thank you for using www.massrmv.com.

I'm trying to figure out what "you print and carry tr new registration certificate, unless of this email shall be deemed a receipt for the feed copy question" actually means. Most of the words are English (except "tr"), but I have no idea what they're supposed to mean in that order.
Please advise.
