why won't this muscle in my neck stop spasming? it's resisted manual massage, massage with a hitatchi, tiger balm[*], a long hot shower, and i'm waiting to see if the methocarbamol (sp?) works.
there should totally be something in the canadian national anthem about the excellence of canadian pharmacies for stocking robaxisal.
i'm going to stick the heating pad on it. but only when i'm sure i'm not going to fall asleep on it. been there, done that, got the blisters from slow-roasting.
[*] important order of operations consideration: put tiger balm on the affected area only after one is sure that the hitatchi will not be used on that area again
