What's really cool about the Indian physicist is his notion of "minimally invasive education." He pretty much raises questions, lets the natural curiosity of kids take over, and then only intervenes to raise new questions or redirect them from blind alleys. That seems like a model that has much wider pedagogical application. Any time you have bright, motivated kids, and limited teaching resources, this is a smart way to produce the most learning.

Okay, maybe I'm some sort of radical thinker, but I *like* the concept of minimally invasive education. My daughter seems to have done okay with it before she started school.
