things that suck: thinking "hey, i bet the fact that i'm hungry is a contributing factor to all this stuff. i'll make myself a tasty grilled sandwich" and then halfway thru the sandwich, getting overcome with nausea and hurling up the sandwich.

guess i didn't want *that* sandwich! i feel back to normal now, tho.
