on the upswing: recovering from crud. calf is improving after lots of heat and massage last nite. (i got a cramp in the middle of the day on saturday, which pulled a muscle or something in its mad spasming. i've been treating it well since then, but it's still grumpy about the whole thing.) brand S firewalls are behaving themselves and ready to do live fire testing tonite.

on the downswing: i have to drive to andover before said live fire test as i stupidly mis-cabled things last time i was up there. brand C firewalls are upgraded and working, but haven't fixed the bug that was driving the whole upgrade process, so i have another (minor) upgrade to do on friday. just remembered that i have a third brand S firewall to configure and install as well.

BANANAS!

Don't fergit, potassium AND selenium are important to the muscles.

So, if bananas don't help, pick up some brazil nuts too.

(Low thyroid increases cramping tendencies. One of the wonderful side-effects.)
