so, last nite i went to surrealestate's to help beta test a course on soda-making being given by Randy from the brewsupply store on mass ave.

interesting stuff! Now I'm trying to figure out if I want to try coming up with cool and/or tasty flavors of soda. and then, of course, weird flavors of soda.

Not to wash down, but...

Steal the flavor combo from one of the very best Baitcon flavors ever (wasabi, ginger, green tea) for the soda. Then float a scoop of a very smooth raw salmon semi-freddo on top.

I make soda by making syrups (they call them "cordial" here) and mixing it with soda water. You can make all sorts of "weird" flavors that way.
