Date: 2010-03-04 04:34 am (UTC)The California Proposition 8 constitutionality case is now in the being decided phase of things. All of the news about it has been very extremely low-key. But it will be really interesting to see how the judge decides, and if he says, "hey, you Prop 8 poopie-heads are wrong-headed poopie-heads, it will be really really interesting to see how they appeal the case given that the judge in question is in actuality gay himself. So far, they've made nary a peep on that issue.
