Replace downstairs toilet seatGet contractor in to see about repairing subfloor in upstairs bathroom and replacing rotted bit of kitchen subfloor in the downstairs kitchen.Need to go visit Cabmridge Rug and give contractor #2 go-ahead to fix the kitchen floor.Start stashing things in the truck to go to goodwillPut tenant's mattress/box-spring out Weds night for trash day ThursdayHaul current collection of full trash bags out for the trash
to be done, hopefully today:
- Bag up the usable foodstuffs and load them in the truck to take them a food pantry
- collect a batch of records and books and load them in the truck to take to goodwill
- investigate tenant's stuff in storage downstairs in the basement
postponed until the night before trash day:
- Put the tenant's couch on the street and put an ad for it on gbreuse and craigslist
- Clear downstairs fridge contents
- Clear downstairs freezer contents
- haul rotting rug from the back of the house out to the street for the trash guys
pushed down the list to lower priority since upstairs tub is still being usable:
- Scrub the everliving hell out of the tub. (perhaps i need some kind of scotchbright-covered drill attachment for this purpose).

Just thought I'd put it out there. I seem to recall something somewhere about being able to mix a paste of something like baking soda and ??(Bleach? lemon juice? something) which you would then coat things with and then rinse off.
