animated lj userpic?

hrmf.
i just tried to add a new animated gif (potentially offensive use of bad word and cartoon sexual behavior) as a userpic, but lj seems to have made it not animated as part of the "draw a box around this pic" dialog box.

Can someone recommend a free tool to resize an animated gif so I can avoid that "resize your pic" page?

Image Magick can do it: convert -quality 90 -scale 100x100 fucklogic.gif fucklogic-small.gif
