I have some things I'm looking to get rid of. I figure I'll try LJ first.

Things!
1. 4 drive external disk array box (no disks in it now - it takes IDE), firewire interface. may not work.
2. mountain bike - no front wheel, but includes rear rack.
3. nordic track machine (spare skis included) - I got this from istemi before she skipped town.
4. some kind of cable modem.
5. plastic case that holds hanging file folders
6. 'cold' humidifier, which i think means it just mists.

how much do you think a wheel for it would cost? I really need a bike, living in Quincy; I actually rather like the place, but a simple 'grocery/dollar store/drug store/pet store' run can turn into 3 miles of walking.

cool! I'll do the disassembly tomorrow to make it more transportable. I don't know what clauclauclaudia's schedule is on Monday if you want to stop by in the daytime. (I could also leave it under the carport since it actually has a functional roof now. *grin*)

I don't know how much a wheel would cost. It does have a fairly comfy seat, and I might be able to find one or both of the panniers that go on the back rack.

A brand new wheel with tire and tube should be around $60. Or you could see if BNB has a used one you could buy. There's a used wheel of the right type for $20 on Craigslist, but it's in Bridgewater.
