Last night, I had a dream that included talking about how difficult it was going to be because 172.16.0.0/12 was being removed from RFC1918 space by IANA and would become publicly routed.

Oho, I didn't know about that. Perhaps I'd better renumber my backup network. On the other hand, my router probably doesn't know about the change either. And when it gets replaced, it will be because I'm cutting over to IPv6 anyway. Actually, I already have the replacement router, but I haven't figured out how I'm going to configure it yet.
