Given how fiercely worded and unanimous the court's refusal of a stay was, this seemed inevitable, but I didn't expect it so quickly.

But NJ already had civil unions, this doesn't increase my count of jurisdictions, which stands at 21 of 56, or 38%.

Who is next? I think NM and PA are in play.
