Anyone on my friends list have experience with the spamhaus
DROP (Do Not Route Or Peer) list? Any info about how it is working out for you? I thought it was available via multihop BGP peering, but I don't see anything about that on the website for spamhaus or spamteq - just the rsync option.

Date: 2014-02-01 01:38 am (UTC)I can tell you that it's a very tiny list, containing only the shittiest things: I think mostly malware C&C and virus payload sites and the like. It's not going to block near as much raw amounts of badness into your network than the CBL/PBL/XBL is. But the stuff that' it's going to block, you REALLY don't want.
