What's the tally of states with rulings that aren't definitive now? It must be something like five... can't keep count any more!

(Personally, I want to see DOMA etc. to go down with a real constitutional amendment, to drive the nails into the coffin of the opposition for good, but the courts are pushing things along a lot faster than that now.)
