rmdI did this a few years ago and I think it's time to do it again.
In the interests of banishing false modesty and encouraging the collective tooting of our own horns, I would like it if folks told me something about themselves that makes them awesome.

If you're having trouble with dropping false modesty and want to whisper your awesomeness instead of shout it from the hilltop, anonymous comments are allowed (but screened because spammers aren't awesome) and I've temporarily turned off IP tracking so you can share your awesomeness secretly if needed.
I'll start! I nerded out this week and made 3d-printed dinosaur skulls and a key to erebor!

I've been experimenting with makeup and nail polish and various other femmey things I've avoided because I thought of femininity as a trap. (*Patriarchy* is a trap. *Mandatory* femininity is a trap, as is mandatory masculinity. Not all things pink and sparkly are traps.)

I have had the 'femininity is a trap' thing in my head, and it's sometimes challenging to separate the mandatory from the femininity, even for someone who's as much of a bulldykey kind of dyke as me. (When I signed up for the sewing class at Artisan's, I had a moment of "OH GOD AM I SOMEHOW FALLING INTO 'WOMEN ONLY DO THESE THINGS AT MAKERSPACES' STEREOTYPE" and then quickly realized that, no, given that I'm already checked out on the MIG welder and other metal tools, the 3d printer, nearly all of the wood shop tools, and the laser cutters... I'm probably not falling into a stereotype trap, there.
