Does anyone have a pointer to code for an SSL certificate checker that will do full validation? Something like https://www.digicert.com/help/ where a user can put in a URL and verify that the whole chain is good and such. I know there are web sites (see previous link) that will do this, but I want to set something up locally so folks can test websites that are not public-accessible. (Like many other folks, we're having to change a bunch of certs because some browsers are going to start flagging SHA1-signed certs as stupid starting, um, tomorrow.)

I can use raw openssl do it from the command line, but I was hoping there was something that put a web front end on it for me so I don't have to write one myself.
