Local and local-aware folks! I'm looking for Boston-local resources for a trans woman who only moved to the area last year and isn't tapped into the local community at all. She's living down in Dedham at the moment, so Providence-area might be okay, too.

masstpc.org has a wiki page of resources. What sort of resources are you asking about because there's a large variety. Lorelei writes a blog called "ask a trans woman" and she's full of awesome.
