Idle thought: anyone on my friendslist potentially interested in doing a bit of Call of Cthulhu gaming? The stars weirdly aligned for Chaosium and I got my hardcopy 7th edition books recently. They do have 'quick-start' documentation, and if anyone is interested in running rather than playing, I've got at least one scenario that came with the docs.

Huh. I have done no RPG-ing in forever, and it would be somewhat of an imposition on the Loving Spouse to take up another activity that would leave her with the Energetic Kids, and I am probably pretty hard to schedule in general, but if for whatever reason I seem like a good candidate for this, I'd be interested, pending an actual conversation about it with the Loving Spouse. (Who also might in theory be interested, but is not so much into Horror in general, and thus probably not so into a Horror RPG in particular. Unless you were thinking to go a comedic direction with it, which would be weird but probably fun. :^)

Anyway. I bet I am not a good candidate here, but figured I'd say something just in case.
