In case folks haven't seen it elsewhere, Dave Caswell, cevad here and LJ, has died. Whoever was his 'legacy contact' on facebook has set the page to 'remembering' mode. I can't find an obituary, and I don't know more than he had metastasized cancer.
Similar. He was a regular on the IRC channel and then wasn't around.
One of the reasons I started the Discord was that I missed people from the IRC channel, and had hoped to see some of them again. I count myself lucky to have had some renewed opportunities to chat with Dave, however briefly, before he passed.
