rmdi refinanced my house a while back. WAMU (washington mutual bank) owns the new note.
i noticed a while back that i hadn't gotten any sort of payment coupon from them. so i finally called them. they sent it to my address in bothell, wa, where i haven't lived in over a year and which does not appear on *any* of the paperwork involving the new loan or on my bank accounts with WAMU.
great. they're clearly on the ball, here.
