this blog points out that hurricane disaster planning was handed off to a private company. and that now the private company has removed the press release saying they were selected to do so. it's still up on the archive.org wayback machine, tho, over here
Gah. That so much looks like Homeland Security and FEMA paid these wastes $500,000 to "do something", and for half a million, they shuffled papers.
For half a million dollars, these assholes deserve to be utterly pilloried. But then those who should have pilloried them upon the completion of their proposal should likewise be pilloried.
