i didn't notice him with a mullet.
Apr. 20th, 2006 10:56 pmthe kid who lives next door just pulled into his driveway. as usual, the music in his car was playing loud enough that with his car door open, i could easily hear it thru the closed window of my computer room.
except the thing he was listening to so very loud... "i want to know what love is", by foreigner.
come on, kid, IT'S THE TWENTY FIRST CENTURY. were you even BORN when that song came out?
my god, i'm a crotchety old lady bitching about the neighbor's loud music, and it's stuff that came out my freshman year of college.
well, okay, my *first* freshman year of college. there were a bunch of those.

They're the ones who tune the radio past the new and progressive stuff to the classic rock stations. I don't get it either. I heard enough of Boston and Kansas during my undergrad days to last me a lifetime.
