the electrical finish still has to be done, as well as storm doors, and a bit of inside work on the new second floor doorway. but other than that, it's a porch.
it's a benjamin moore color, either HC-127 or HC-121 -- i'm not sure which one they actually went with.
the decking is HC-40, the pale green on the underside of the soffit is 2034-50 or something like it, and the light blue on the ceilings of the porch areas is 2052-60. (all colors are benjamin moore codes)
