My tenant, Dennis, passed away in the hospital yesterday evening. Some kind of advanced liver disease. The social worker and Dennis' companion will be coming by at some point to deal with the belongings. I will inquire with the social worker later to see what the deal is. I don't believe the companion has a stable home, and he has also been in and out of the hospital (for what, I do not know).

Dennis' companion is in hospital at the moment and is likely to be for a couple more days - he thought he'd be out Monday, perhaps. I will make a point of going downstairs and taking ample pictures of the state of things in the interest of documentation.
