that's some cooking nerdery right there. cooking a turkey (partly) by removing the leg bones, replacing them with tubing, and circulating hot oil through them, infusing things using a whipped cream maker, and a variety of clarification techniques

Oh nice. I'll have to experiment with this, and with how the results interact with the home soda-maker. (I may have to try infusing interesting things into gin for a *really* customized gin-and-tonic.)
