I've done my part to help insure that we'll have far less snow this year than last. Which is to say, I just bought a snowblower (18" worx electric snowblower). Yeah, electric snowblowers generally aren't as powerful as gas-powered ones, but getting to avoid small engine maintenance (and avoiding having to *remember to deal with it*) is a net win, I think, for me.

I figured the time to get one was before they all sell out. :)

That's because Murphy's Law is idempotent¹. For example, washing your car to make it rain doesn't work, either.
