Date: 2009-01-30 08:51 pm (UTC)That amendment was ratified only in one state (Virginia), says nothing about *domestic* titles of nobility (only those granted by foreign monarchs) and wasn't ever actually ratified as an amendment by the federal government.
You know, I'd point out to that crackhead that he probably ought to, you know, understand the law before asserting that it's magically being broken, but he'd probably call me a lawyer.
